Robert's banking career includes serving as Head of Commercial Banking (reporting to CEO) for a $25 billion bank, where he developed and executed strategic roadmaps to drive deposit and fee revenue growth. He held senior positions at BMO, MUFG, US Bank, and Wells Fargo, with deep expertise in product development, digital transformation, and M&A across commercial banking.
