Cash Flow Netting automatically consolidates your Foreign Exchange (FX) and Money Market (MM) gross trades into net payable and receivable amounts—organized by currency, counterparty, and fund/entity, based on payment dates.
- For FX trades, payment dates are derived from the value date.
- For MM trades, payment dates are determined by the value date and maturity date.
- Flexible rules allow payment dates to be adjusted by currency-specific cut-off day settings, and bank holidays, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Standard Netting creates a single net for multiple currency positions that are due to settle on the same day with the same counterparty for the same fund/entity.
