Radhika Viswanathan

Radhika Viswanathan is a Geo People Business Partner at Finastra and is based out of Trivandrum, India.  In her role, she engages with Employee Volunteering Groups like CSR, D&I, W@F and LGBTQ  internally and networks with external associates and platforms to collaborate, co-create and celebrate OPEN and Inclusive culture within and beyond.

Prior to joining Finastra, Radhika, as part of Org Design and Change Strategy team in her previous role, has program managed a number of collaborative social inclusion projects with public private partnership for sustainable community development.   Her journey to leverage CSR in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to realize social inclusion projects for empowerment in D&I space continues with Finastra.
