Mark Miller

Mark has responsibility for many of Finastra's G&A organizations including Finance, Risk, Legal and Procurement. He has extensive finance leadership experience in the software and technology space.

Over the course of his career, he has led multiple business transformation initiatives, completed more than 15 M&A transactions, and consistently driven operational and financial excellence.

He joined Finastra in May 2019 from Marketo Incorporated (a Martech company based in San Mateo, California), where he served as its CFO since April 2017. He previously served as CFO of ACTIVE Network and was the CFO of Sabre Holdings for four years during the company’s ownership by TPG and Silverlake.

During his 18 years with Sabre, he also served as the Chief Accounting Officer while the company was publicly traded on the NYSE, SVP of Financial Planning and various other operational finance positions. Earlier roles included positions at Ernst & Young, Hertz Corporation, and LTV Corporation.

Mark is a Certificated Public Accountant in Texas. He has an undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University and an MBA from William Marsh Rice University.
