Darren Leigh

Darren leads the global finance organization at Finastra. Based in London, he is responsible for all finance activities across the company, working closely with his team to ensure a robust operating model.

Prior to joining Finastra, Darren was Executive Vice President, Commercial Finance, at Sage, where he also led a global finance transformation program. Before that he was Chief Financial Officer at Freightliner Group and has also held senior roles at Inchcape, Marconi and Rolls Royce.    

With 30 years’ experience working in finance, across both public and private companies, Darren has significant experience working in supply chain, software and technology companies, creating value for organizations by driving growth and profit improvement initiatives and leading change and cost reduction programs.  

He has a demonstrable track record in delivering large scale finance transformation programs. This includes developing and improving robust accounting and reporting frameworks, and introducing and embedding finance business partnering capabilities.
