He has built up a significant and deep professional network in the property and healthcare sectors in particular, and is passionate about the wider SME sector.
His career began with foundational roles at PwC and JP Morgan, where he spent a combined six years working across a variety of roles in Corporate and Institutional banking. Over the past seven years, Dan has been heavily focused on SME banking, leading impactful initiatives at Deloitte and now at NatWest as the Strategy Lead for SME banking, where he recently led a project to refresh the bank's commercial lending strategy.
Prior to joining OakNorth Bank, Ben spent almost six years at Santander Corporate Bank, where he was the Divisional Head of Business Development for London and the South East. Prior to Santander, he was at Clydesdale Bank where he focused on real estate finance. He also spent time working in a privately-owned real estate business helping to source, arrange, and manage debt, after working as a Manager in the commercial banking division of the Royal Bank of Scotland. He started his banking career at Mizrahi Bank in London.
Previously, she served as Head of Sales and Business Development at ITEA Pro AB, where strategic initiatives were developed and implemented.
