FinStart Rotational Program
The FinStart Rotational Program is a two-year launchpad into fintech. You’ll complete two 12-month rotations across different teams and functions—such as Engineering, Customer Support, and Product/QA—gaining broad exposure and real-world experience. The program fosters growth through technical, interpersonal, and leadership development, supported by coaching, peer feedback, and inclusive learning environments.
You’ll engage with global leadership, participate in internal hackathons, Social Impact initiatives, and FinClub community events. Your contributions are recognised through competitive compensation, performance reviews, and access to platforms like LinkedIn Learning, Pluralsight, and structured leadership training. You’ll also benefit from functional bootcamps, product sessions, and Rotational Skill Development (RSD) modules designed to build both technical and soft skills.
Upon completion, you’ll transition into long-term roles aligned with your interests and strengths, supported by benefits like flexible working.
