Dan Steene is a seasoned banking professional with over 13 years of experience across leading financial institutions and consulting firms, including PwC, JP Morgan, Deloitte, and most recently NatWest.
His career began with foundational roles at PwC and JP Morgan, where he spent a combined six years working across a variety of roles in Corporate and Institutional banking. Over the past seven years, Dan has been heavily focused on SME banking, leading impactful initiatives at Deloitte and now at NatWest as the Strategy Lead for SME banking, where he recently led a project to refresh the bank's commercial lending strategy.
