Welcome to Finastra User Connect 2019! User Connect helps you get the most out of your Finastra solutions—and it’s an excellent opportunity for you interact with Finastra experts and learn from your peers.

We are delighted to share the official dates and locations for Finastra User Connect 2019!

All four events will feature Lending and Mortgage solution sessions. Two locations will also feature Retail and Digital solutions with training (core platforms, digital, payments and more).

This event is designed for day-to-day managers and users, and delivers the business context and user information needed to unlock the potential of our latest product features. This is also an opportunity to learn valuable roadmap information.

  • This event is designed for the user-level, geared toward the individuals that manage and use our technology on a daily basis
  • Pre-registration is required to attend User Connect.
  • There will be a nominal fee of $399 per person.
  • Financial institutions are responsible for their own travel and hotel accommodations.
  • Finastra has negotiated discounted rates at the hotels for all attendees. Upon registering, you will have access to a personalized link to the hotel’s   booking site, which will allow you to access the discounted rate.

2. Which solutions will be covered at Finastra User Connect?

3. What does my registration fee include?

The $399 registration fee includes event attendance, meeting materials, and food and beverage during User Connect. Financial institutions are responsible for their own travel and hotel accommodations; however, Finastra has negotiated discounted rates at the hotels for all attendees.

4. What does it cost to attend both events (Lending & Mortgage and Retail & Digital)?

To attend both events in Cambridge: Attendees do not have to pay the full registration for the second event and will receive a discounted rate. The total cost to attend both would be $599.

To attend both events in Scottsdale: Attendees do not have to pay the full registration for the second event and will receive a discounted rate. The total cost to attend both would be $649.

Note: To attend more than one event in different cities, the registration amount is $399 per city

5. What are the negotiated group rates at the host hotels?

Upon registering, you will have access to a personalized link to the hotel’s booking site that will allow you to access the discounted rate.

6. What is the dress code for the meetings?

The attire will be business casual/casual.

7. Who do I contact if I have additional questions?

8. If I am unable to attend User Connect, what other opportunities are there for me to learn more about my solution(s)?

Clients can learn more about their Finastra solutions and how to use them through various client support channels, including:

1. Knowledge Center – Finastra’s Knowledge Center contains product-specific articles that cover a variety of topics. We highly encourage our clients to use this resource for product updates, how-to’s and other communications. Log on to Customer Center with your user credentials to access Knowledge Center.

2. Product Update Calls – These calls are held periodically for a number of our solutions. To find out when the next product call is scheduled, please visit Knowledge Center and then search for Product Update Call. You can subscribe to the Bulletin channel in Knowledge Center to receive notifications.

3. Release Notes – Release Notes provide detailed information regarding the changes we’ve made in each release. Finastra product release notes are posted on our Support Center and Knowledge Center self-serve sites. By subscribing to the Release Notes channel in Knowledge Center you can receive notifications automatically. Both Knowledge Center and Support Center can be accessed from within Customer Center.

4. Recorded training is available via our Training Services Center. If you would like a subscription to the Training Services Center please contact your Relationship Manager.

9. I want to attend with several of my colleagues. Are there group rates?

Group rates are not currently available for User Connect.

10. I need help with my solution now. Who do I contact?

Contact your Client Support Representative or your Sales Executive. If you do not know who your Sales Executive is, please contact RMCSalesSupport@finastra.com. You can also submit a case through Case Management in Customer Center.

11. When does registration close?

Registration for each city closes when the event sells out. If you have any questions about this, please contact userconnect@finastra.com.

12. What is the cancellation policy?

Registration is refundable up to 30 calendar days prior to the first day of meetings in each city. The cancellation schedule can be found below:
