The panel will focus on the following topics:

  • Navigating career transitions, achievements, lessons learnt and the importance of embracing change;
  • Understanding new fintech technologies and business models, such as sustainable and decentralized finance, and retraining to meet new challenges
  • The importance of inspiring and lifting fellow women and overcoming financial exclusion and biases in the workplace and in fintech;
  • Improving female representation in STEM careers;

There will be time at the end of the panel discussion for the audience to ask questions.
