Dr. Alessandra Wall is an executive coach, speaker, author, psychologist, and founder with over 20 years of experience helping leaders achieve impactful, values-driven success. She specializes in guiding senior executive women in high-stakes, male-dominated industries to lead authentically and powerfully—without sacrificing career fulfillment or quality of life.

Through coaching, speaking, and training, Dr. Wall has supported hundreds of executive women and the companies they work for, including Qualcomm, Pfizer, S&P, Accenture, Charles Schwab, Oracle, aTyr Pharma, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, CBRE and more.

A strong advocate for equity in leadership, Dr. Wall collaborates closely with male allies to develop strategies that champion women’s success. Her work equips leaders and their teams with the frameworks and tools to foster long-term success, resilience, inclusivity, and effective workplaces.

To deepen her impact, she has taken an active leadership role with several organizations dedicated to elevating women, including Athena STEM Women (board member, co-chair, and founding member of the Male Allyship Committee), Women In Bio (Co-Chair Executive Women in Bio San Diego| Emerging Executive Program), UC Santa Barbara PaCE Women in Leadership Executive Program (advisory board member), and Healthsocal.ai (advisory board member).

A tri-national (Franco-Italo-American), Dr. Wall was born in the Middle East and raised in France. She moved to the United States at age 18. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Cum Laude) from Duke University and her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.

Known for her ability to combine science, strategy, and purpose, Dr. Wall empowers leaders to make a lasting impact while thriving in their professional and personal lives.
