Namrata Jolly is a senior leader with 20+ years of experience in financial services and technology, having run teams across Asset management, Trust banking, Consumer Banking & Insurance, in the areas of Digital Engagement, Experience, Customer segmentation, Operations, Cybersecurity, Technology & running business P&L across organizations such as Credit Suisse, Nikkociti Trust, Citigroup and Prudential. She is Managing Director, Head of Asia Financial Services Industry at Microsoft, responsible for bringing value to Asian clients across the sub-verticals of Banking, Insurance and Capital Markets.

Mike is responsible for Finastra’s technology strategy and vision, ensuring a resilient and secure approach to the company’s technology stack, as well as driving innovation through new technologies including AI. Mike leads the Product Development, Security, Infrastructure, Data Office, and Enterprise IT areas.

He has over 25 years of experience in building modern technology stacks and cloud transformation. In particular, he is passionate about Gen AI and the innovative potential it holds for the financial services industry.
