Zhi-Ying is a principal analyst in Forrester’s digital business and strategy practice. She leads the digital measurement research stream globally at Forrester, helping clients build effective measurement frameworks to demonstrate digital’s impact on broader organizational objectives (revenue, cost, operations, and customer experience). She also works closely with financial services firms, advising business and technology leaders on business model reinvention and value creation through research and consulting engagements.
