She leads the digital measurement research stream globally at Forrester, helping clients build effective measurement frameworks to demonstrate digital’s impact on broader organizational objectives (revenue, cost, operations, and customer experience). She also works closely with financial services firms, advising business and technology leaders on business model reinvention and value creation through research and consulting engagements. Zhi-Ying is based in Sydney, having previously worked in Forrester’s Singapore office.
Zhi-Ying has spoken at various global industry events including Money20/20, Finovate, and American Banker, and is commonly cited by the Wall Street Journal, the Australian Financial Review, Finextra, and ZDNet.
Prior to joining Forrester, Zhi-Ying was a lead analyst at Wealth-X, where she conducted quantitative research and financial modeling to deliver insights into global wealth trends and high-net-worth valuations. She also worked at CNBC Asia where she reported and wrote news stories covering macroeconomic trends and equities.
Zhi-Ying has experience working across diverse geographies and cultures. She has lived and worked in the US, Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia.
