Evan leads McKinsey’s Payments practice in Australia and New Zealand. He works closely with banks, fintechs, and investors on strategic topics across the payments value chain, including assessing analysis of value pools, strategy, customer journey and product proposition design, new market entry, and regulatory engagement.
