One of the main initiatives for this year and the next, is to improve efficiencies across all areas and aspects of the bank; and obviously if we can utilize Fusion Phoenix to the best of its ability, that should take away some of those manual tasks that we are doing, and that’s where we have been able to utilize Preferred Active Support.
