Siobhan Byron leads Finastra’s Universal Banking business, with full responsibility for its global P&L and one of the industry’s most comprehensive portfolios of core banking and digital solutions.

A proven growth executive, Siobhan brings more than 25 years of experience building and scaling technology‑driven businesses by tightly aligning commercial strategy, product and technology innovation, and operational execution to help customers achieve real‑world outcomes.

She has successfully built and scaled technology‑led businesses across financial services, insurance, manufacturing, and the public sector - driving sustained growth, market expansion, and new revenue creation. Her deep industry expertise and strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders position her as a trusted leader in the global banking technology landscape.

Passionate about innovation as a catalyst for growth, Siobhan is widely recognized as a transformative leader who combines commercial discipline with a strong commitment to culture. She champions Finastra’s open, inclusive environment and serves as an Executive Sponsor, reinforcing her belief that diverse, empowered teams are critical to long‑term performance.

Previously Siobhan was SVP, Technology Enabled Managed Solutions, TEMS at Finastra, driving the company’s Canadian businesses. Past positions include President at Forsythe Technology Canada (now CDW) and leadership roles at Westcon-Comstor Canada (now TD Synnex) and MTS Allstream. Across these roles, she worked closely with customers and partners to deliver complex technology solutions and build long-term relationships.

Her leadership has been consistently recognized, including being named to Computer Dealer News’ Top 20 Women of the Channel, CRN’s Top 100 Women of the Channel for two consecutive years, and most recently as a Top Women Leader by both The Financial Technology Report and The Software Report.

Siobhan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Ulster and an MBA from the University of Liverpool. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has previously served on the Boards of Oakville Hydro and the Halton Children’s Aid Society.
