Randy Montesa

Mr. Randolph L. Montesa is the Head of the Card and Electronic Banking Group of Land Bank of the Philippines, where he oversees the conceptualization, development, implementation, marketing, and management of LANDBANK’s electronic banking, debit and credit cards, and other alternative products and service delivery channels. He is spearheading the payments and agent banking initiatives of LANDBANK.

Before his assumption as CEBG Head, Randy was the Head of the IT Project Management Office, where he spearheaded the establishment and implementation of a globally accepted standards and process-driven approach to project management.

Prior to joining LANDBANK in 2003, Mr. Montesa’s work experiences include the following: as Project Manager with the biggest and most recognized technology company in the world; as a Technical Support Analyst with the world’s largest enterprise software company; and as a System Manager with the Philippines’ top airline company.
