Peter Irvine

Originally he was part of Bank of Scotland team helping set up the Agency function, later supporting merging with Lloyds Bank Agency function.

Peter moved to London in 2014, leading the Leverage Acquisition Finance Agency and then the Loan markets lending transaction management teams. He joined HSBC in 2018 as a senior transaction manager within Issuer services, becoming a director in the business in 2022. In 2024 he took over as Head of Loan Agency Client services, leading the UK team comprising experienced specialist client service managers and associates across five specialist asset-focused teams covering Real Estate and Asset based Finance, Leveraged and Acquisition Finance, Corporate Finance, Project and Infrastructure and Export Finance.
