Osama Ben Saleh Bukhari is a leading force in Saudi Arabia's digital banking evolution. As CEO of Alfaris International Group – the first fully Saudi IT company in the Kingdom – he oversees next-generation integrated banking solutions that serve clients across Saudi Arabia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and the Americas.

With nearly 20 years at the helm of Alfaris – established in 2006 in Riyadh – Osama has positioned the company as a trusted name in banking innovation and enterprise-grade financial technologies.

His professional journey began in 1996, giving him over two decades of banking experience. After years of leading transformation within the financial sector, he expanded into diversified industries in 2014 – including education, healthcare, retail, and most significantly, information technology – further cementing his role as a serial entrepreneur and digital visionary.

Since 2012, Osama has served as Head of the Banking Committee at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Saudi Arabia, representing the Kingdom at international economic forums and frequently appearing on CNBC Arabia to address key developments in the financial sector.

Recognized by Arabian Business as one of the "50 People You Need to Know in KSA" and featured in Forbes in May 2025, Osama is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Saudi-Uzbek Business Council, where he continues to advocate for cross-border collaboration and innovation in finance.
