Niamh Albertyn is the Customer Value Lead for the Middle East and Africa region (MEA) for Finastra’s Customer Value Team (CVT). In her role, Niamh is responsible for the alignment of technology investments with maximum value potential for financial institutions across MEA, & globally by providing key insights through her understanding of prevalent business challenges and drivers. Niamh is a veteran of the financial services industry, with over 20 years’ experience in banking and financial services technology. Based in Dubai since 2005, Niamh has collaborated with over 150 financial institutions across the Middle East and Africa.
Niamh earned her honours bachelor’s degree in Management Science and Information Systems from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland and holds a Master of Science in Management Science from Smurfit Business School, University College Dublin, Ireland. She also recently received certification in Mastering Design Thinking from MIT Sloan School of Management’s executive program.
