Niamh Albertyn leads the Solution Consulting team for Universal Banking at Finastra, focusing on the design and delivery of solutions and value to clients around the globe. She has worked across the financial software industry for almost 30 years, building up a wealth of experience with deep expertise in Core Banking. Her extensive project and sales engagements have established her as a trusted advisor for planning and executing Core Banking transformation and modernisation. Based in Dubai since 2005, Niamh has collaborated with over 150 financial institutions across the Middle East and Africa.
Niamh earned her honours bachelor’s degree in Management Science and Information Systems from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland and holds a Master of Science in Management Science from Smurfit Business School, University College Dublin, Ireland. She also recently received certification in Mastering Design Thinking from MIT Sloan School of Management’s executive program.
