Together with Security Bank's senior leadership, Lucose defines and champions the short- and long-term technology-driven strategic initiatives, in relation to the Bank's strategic plan.

With his core expertise in technology, strategy, and transformation, Lucose is tasked with uplifting the Bank's technology and infosec footprint through transformation and change. At the same time, he also leads efforts to reinvent how the Bank interacts with its customers, stitching back to the organization's customer-centricity strategy.

Lucose brings with him more than 33+ years of experience in technology and transformation in the Financial Services Industry, with a track record in driving transformational change.

He worked in multinationals such as the NIIT and Credit Suisse, across various executive leadership capacities, both internationally and regionally.
