In this role, he provides strategic and product advisory to banks, IT vendors and corporates, as well as professional training for payment fintechs and financial institutions on areas such as product strategy, market targeting, sales approaches, pricing, implementation and post‑sales support.

He also serves as a senior advisor to global payment infrastructures and central banks, contributing to the evolution of payment services, regulation, standards and market practices. Previously, he spent twelve years at UniCredit Group as Head of Payments for Italy, Germany, Austria and Eastern Europe, where he built a strong track record in successful product innovation.

His expertise spans SEPA, instant and international payments, Verification of Payee, Request‑to‑Pay, foreign exchange, liquidity management, pricing models, receivable reconciliation, virtual accounts, AML and revenue enhancement, making him a recognised specialist across the full payments value chain.
