Keith Melton

A transformational executive with more than two decades of leadership experience across financial services, payments, and technology, Keith has built a distinguished career driving innovation, scaling product organizations, and delivering strategic growth initiatives for some of the industry’s most respected institutions, including The Clearing House, the Federal Reserve System, IBM, and Truist Bank.

Prior to joining The Clearing House, Keith served as Senior Vice President and Head of Product Management for Federal Reserve Financial Services, where he led strategic product initiatives and modernization efforts across the payments ecosystem. Earlier in his career, he spent a decade at IBM as a global executive with full P&L responsibility for the company’s $100M Payments and Banking software business, overseeing product strategy, commercialization, and market expansion.

Known for combining strategic vision with operational execution, Keith has consistently championed innovation-focused leadership, agile transformation, and customer-centric product development to accelerate speed to market and drive measurable business outcomes. His leadership has been instrumental in advancing industry-defining initiatives, including the Federal Reserve’s ACH Modernization program.
