Jay T. Jennings

Jay Jennings leads Finastra’s internal team of lawyers and compliance professionals that is responsible for the compliance of numerous Finastra solutions. He joined Finastra in September 2005. During his 14 years of private practice, Jay was outside counsel for several community and national banks, and often worked on loans documented with Fusion LaserPro.
