Ivan Suen is the Executive Director, Global Lending Product Management at Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA). In his role, Ivan has product ownership for institutional lending products offered across the institutional and business banking segments. He is responsible for the product roadmap with a focus on driving continuous improvement in product features, processes and systems to deliver holistic outcomes for CBA’s customers.
Ivan worked closely with Finastra in deploying Finastra Managed Services and Finastra Loan IQ globally for CBA – replacing a number of legacy systems and processes while delivering risk reduction and operational efficiencies.
