Geoffrey Schroder

In this role, he leads the development and oversight of Finastra's AI governance framework, working across corporate teams to ensure that the company's use of AI aligns with global regulatory requirements, AI laws, industry standards, and ethical principles. Before assuming his current role, Geoff served as Principal Compliance Counsel at Finastra, where he advised on regulatory requirements affecting a broad range of financial technology solutions. Prior to joining Finastra, he was an attorney in private practice representing lenders and industry trade associations and later served as Associate General Counsel and Director of Compliance for a Colorado-based mortgage lender.
