With a career spanning more than a decade in the financial sector, Frederico brings extensive experience in capital markets, treasury, liquidity management and financial products, gained in leading institutions within the Angolan market.

Throughout his career, he has distinguished himself through technical and strategic leadership in treasury operations, foreign exchange and interbank markets, liquidity management in local and foreign currency, and the development of innovative financial instruments. His professional path also includes strong engagement with regulatory authorities such as the National Bank of Angola, BODIVA and the Capital Markets Commission. 

Frederico is currently completing a Master’s degree at Swiss Business School in Zurich and holds several technical certifications, including the ACI Certificate Program and the Regulated Markets course from BODIVA Academy. 

His technical expertise and leadership capabilities are instrumental in strengthening Access Bank's role in financial markets and consolidating its position as a trusted, dynamic and innovative partner.
