Faizan Khan

His role encompasses cross functional collaboration across internal CXO, clients, as well as external industry entities & players. In his current role he reports to Global Head for Enterprise Payments under CPO organization.

Faizan is an accomplished leader and a seasoned professional equipped with business acumen in banking industry with major focus on payments & cash management. With over 20 years of experience in banking industry, Faizan’s journey at Finastra started two decades ago when he joined then Cashtech/Fundtech as a fresh MBA pass out. During his enriching career Faizan got opportunity to work closely with banks and technology professionals to build products that bring value to our customers by offering innovative solutions. Faizan’s versatility is distinguishable from his dynamic career at Finastra where he held various positions ranging from Product Management, Sales & Presales, Implementation, Business Analysis, and Delivery Management.

He grew horizontally & vertically by gaining domain expertise in fields of payments & cash management. During this period, he played variety of roles related to several Finastra products such as GPP,GCP,GRP,CLS to name a few. He also amassed global experience by leading in multiple geographies(i.e. USA,UK,EMEA & APAC) covering number of rails & clearings such as High Value, Mass Pay /Bulk, Immediate/Instant/RealTime, and Liquidity and Risk Management. During his fulfilling career he got opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands and esteemed clients such as Citibank, Barclays, HSBC, Bank of Ireland, PNC, Bancorp, Mizuho, MUFG to mention some.

Faizan holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University and MBA/PGDM majoring in Marketing & IT from Indian Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (now BIMHRD), Pune.

Faizan and his wife are based in Atlanta. Outside of work, he likes travelling , is a martial arts & cricket enthusiast, enjoys occasional cooking, and loves Urdu poetry and Sufi music.
