Don Baptiste

Chief Operating Officer

Don is an accomplished operations executive and transformation leader with a track record in driving measurable performance improvements across global organizations. He is responsible for company-wide analytics, customer insights, cross-selling, partnerships, sales operations, and strategic program management. He brings together all of these elements to help the company execute its strategy effectively and consistently.

Prior to joining Finastra, he led large transformation programs at two global, PE-backed technology companies, driving new revenue generation and efficiency initiatives. He was also part of McKinsey’s Transformation Practice where he led similar transformations across multiple international companies and various industries.

Previously Don led the turnaround of Trax Technologies, a PE-back logistics analytics company, in the role of CEO. Before that he co-founded and led Bloomberg Government (BGOV) – a stand-alone, data enabled B2B SaaS business unit of Bloomberg, LP. He also undertook his first stint at McKinsey & Company where his primary focus was on strategy for media clients and operations in the consumer-packaged goods space.

Don holds an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Don lives in Scottsdale, Arizona, with his wife, Deb. They have two daughters.
