She has built and transformed multiple Agency Operations functions across several organisations, contributing significantly to the development of best practices and operational standards used today.

Before joining Kroll, Claudia held senior leadership roles at major global banks and financial institutions, including Wells Fargo, TMF, Bank of New York Mellon, and Lehman Brothers. Her deep industry knowledge, operational expertise, and leadership experience position her as a recognised authority in the syndicated loan market and third party agency landscape.
