Throughout his career, Carlos has held senior management responsibilities within a leading Angolan bank, overseeing critical areas such as digital channels, payments, operations, and transformation programs. This experience provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the strategic, operational, and regulatory environment in which financial institutions in Angola operate.

At INM CC, he has played a central role in the delivery of major banking modernization programs, including core banking implementations, treasury systems, digital transformation initiatives, and the development of integrated banking ecosystems. He has also been instrumental in establishing and strengthening long-term partnerships with global technology providers, such as Finastra, ensuring the alignment of international best practices with local market requirements.

Carlos is committed to leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, promote financial inclusion, and support the sustainable development of the banking sector.
