Ahmad held various roles in Finastra focusing on Customer Success , Business Development and Partners. he also worked with all major Banking Software Vendors in the industry which provided him with deep Market Insight.

He adopts a customized approach that uses bank plans, proprietary data, and customer feedback to help banks transform their business and create aligned customer success initiatives.

He leverages the success team's expertise in Lending Business dynamics and the ongoing changes and opportunities in AI and Digitization to collaborate with clients and enhance software adoption, improve ROI, ensure compliance and achieve their outcomes.
