Tjandra Gunawan
Tjandra is currently the CEO of PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk. (formerly known as Bank Yudha Bhakti/BYB). With more than 25 years of extensive experience from several well-known banks combined with consulting and auditing skills from a Big Four public accounting firm, Tjandra has become a seasoned banking professional. Tjandra is passionately leading Bank Neo Commerce in its transformation phase to become a solid digital bank in Indonesia.
Tony
Tony is a deputy director of the banking research and regulation department of the Indonesian Financial Service Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK). Following his career in Bank Indonesia with 5 years of experience as the bank’s supervisor, Tony has served as a regulator and supervisor in the OJK for 16 years, and as a senior analyst in the OJK’s chairman office. Tony graduated from the University of Indonesia with bachelor’s degrees in accounting and law. He then went to study for the Master of Law in Banking and Financial Law at the Boston University School of Law. In 2019, Tony graduated with a PhD from Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia and continued working in the OJK as deputy director of two divisions, namely Indonesian Banking Architecture and Basel and International Banking.
Darmadi Sutanto
Darmadi Sutanto is the deputy president director of Bank BTPN, bringing over 30 years of knowledge and experience in the financial services sector. Prior to that, he served as chief of retail business officer. He started his career at Citibank, before he moved to Standard Chartered Bank as executive vice president for sales and distribution. Darmadi held director roles in ABN Amro and PT Bank Negara and was appointed a commissioner at PT Bank Mega Tbk. He attended various executive education programs, including those carried out by Erasmus Huis University in Amsterdam, and by the Harvard Business School in Boston. Darmadi obtained his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Trisakti University in Jakarta and his masteral degree in business administration from the University of Western Illinois.

With over 25 years of experience in consulting, implementation and project delivery, Calvin carries with him deep domain knowledge in financial services focusing on core and digital banking. He began his career at Accenture, and has held roles at Cap Gemini, SunGard and at iDA Singapore (now IMDA). He was a pioneer technopreneur in the field of wireless mobile apps in Singapore. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from the National University of Singapore.
