Hosted at the Disney Swan and Dolphin Resort in Orlando on 9-10 March 2027, this event will bring together thought leaders and subject matter experts from Finastra and across the banking industry. The Regional and Community Banking Forum is taking place at the Disney Swan and Dolphin Resort located at 1500 Epcot Resorts Blvd, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830. View the location on Google Maps here.

Guest rooms at the Disney Swan Hotel will be available at a special rate of $385 per night. If you wish to extend your stay, this rate applies for 3 days before and 3 days after the event, if rooms are available. You will receive a link to book your accommodation in your registration confirmation email.

The hotel also charges a $50 per night resort fee that includes the following benefits:

Travel information

The closest major airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO) which is approximately 21 miles from the resort. There are many options for transportation from the airport to the resort including:

  • Uber / Lyft
  • Taxis
  • Car rentals
  • Private limo services

The resort does not offer a shuttle service from the airport.

Once you are on the resort property, there are many options for travelling to and from the various attractions. Full details are available here.

All attendees are responsible for their own travel, accommodation and incidental costs. Meals are included during the official event program.

  • Payments customers: there is no charge to attend the event, consistent with previous Payments Business Forum events.
  • Lending customers: the attendance fee is $999 per person. This reflects the inclusion of specialized Lending content, in-depth training sessions, and hands-on learning opportunities that have traditionally been offered as part of User Connect events.

Any Finastra customer who has received an invitation is welcome to attend. You are also welcome to share the invitation with colleagues who may not have received one directly.

Event sessions, meals and receptions are reserved for registered attendees only. While there is no official programme for family members or guests, they are welcome to accompany you to Orlando and enjoy local attractions while you attend the sessions. Your registration includes a discount code for Disney Theme Park tickets.

Business casual attire is recommended for all daytime sessions.

For the evening receptions and social events, business casual or resort casual attire is appropriate.

Yes. The preferred rate of $385 per night is available for up to three days before and three days after the event. Availability outside of the official event dates is subject to hotel inventory and will be offered assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
