TORONTO, April 29, 2014 /CNW/ – Davis + Henderson Corporation (TSX: DH) (“D+H” or “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per common share payable on June 30, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 30, 2014. The dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
