Finastra Success – Our customer success program

As a trusted technology partner, Finastra is committed to supporting every stage of our customer’s journey and ensuring they derive the greatest value from their technology investment as well as staying at the forefront of innovation and best practice.

Our Finastra Success program helps us do this by offering customers unique chances to interact one-on-one with Finastra senior management, connect with other technology professionals and industry leaders, and share their own technology innovation stories with fellow Finastra customers.

Activities include Return on Investment (ROI) assessments, opportunities to join Client Advisory Boards, learn from peers at User Groups or via the Finastra peer-to-peer program, as well as many more.

The activities in Innovation & Differentiator help customers stay ahead of the curve by providing opportunities to learn through thought leadership events, intimate networking events, customer advisory boards and by connecting with our growing developer community.



Our Productivity activities work at helping customers make the most from existing installations and provide opportunities to work directly with Finastra’s R&D teams to increase the productivity of solutions going forward.

Best Practice


Harnessing the experience and knowledge from both within Finastra and also the customer and partner community, our Best Practice activities offer customers a range of different ways to optimize their solutions, stay up to date with upcoming solution changes, fixes and to implement or upgrade in the quickest most efficient way possible.
