As Chief Executive Officer, Nadeem has overall responsibility for Finastra including its strategic direction, growth and financial results.
Nadeem joined Finastra (formerly Misys) in June 2012 as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in June 2013. He came to Misys from SumTotal, where he most recently served as COO. Nadeem led the company's strategic initiatives overseeing services, support, hosting, product management and engineering since early 2010. Before this, he spent over 19 years in numerous positions at Oracle.
As Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Simon is a member of the Finastra Executive Leadership Team. He is responsible for the entire Go-to-Market organization including Global Sales, Field Operations, Marketing and our Partner Ecosystem.
Simon joined Finastra (formerly Misys) as President in June 2015 and brings more than 20 years’ sales, management and leadership expertise to the company. He came to Misys from SAP where his last role was President Industry Cloud. Formerly a senior consultant with McKinsey & Company, Simon holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the INSEAD Business School in France and a Bachelor’s degree in Business & European languages from the European Business School.
As Chief Risk Officer, Kellie is responsible for a broad portfolio of risk management matters across Finastra and leads the company’s continued focus on world-class risk management strategies, including information security, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management and governance, working closely with regulators, clients and partners.
Kellie has more than 20 years of strategic planning, risk management and governance experience in a variety of settings, including global Fortune 50 companies. Prior to joining Finastra (formerly D+H), Kellie was Chief Risk Officer, Technology and Operation Services, at U.S. Bancorp. Prior to that, she held progressive leadership positions at Bank of America Corporation, spanning M&A, business and operations management, and improving operational risk companywide.
Kellie has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration, a Master of Science in Business Administration, and a Six Sigma Green Belt. She was previously a member of the Bank of America National Trust Delaware Board of Directors and Vice Chair of The Clearing House (TCH) Enterprise Risk Committee. Kellie was recognized by American Banker as a top female leader in 2015, for cultivating strong professional and personal networks and charitable efforts.
As Chief Financial Officer, Rob has full responsibility for our G&A organizations including Finance, Risk, IT, Legal, Facilities and Procurement.
Rob joined Finastra (formerly Misys) in February 2016 and has extensive experience as a senior level finance leader in the software and technology industry. Rob came to Misys from HP Inc where he held a variety of senior roles, including Group Treasurer, HP Inc, and Vice President and CFO, HP Software. Rob originally joined HP in 2007 as Finance Director for HP Software in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regions. Prior to this, Rob held finance leadership roles in the software industry in the UK and Canada, including tenures at Documentum Software (now owned by EMC Corporation) and Mercury Interactive.
Rob is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. In 2014 and 2015, Rob was ranked by Institutional Investor as a top investor relations (IR) professional in the technology sector.
As Chief Strategy Officer, David is responsible for our strategy and corporate development teams. He leads our efforts in developing and executing strategies that support Finastra’s growth agenda globally, including corporate and innovation development, strategic planning, acquisitions and communications.
David has more than 25 years of corporate development and strategic planning experience in the financial services sector. Prior to joining Finastra (formerly D+H), he was Managing Director, Corporate Development at CIBC World Markets, and Vice President of Planning and Development at Sun Life Financial.
David has a B.A. (Hons.) in Political Science from Carleton University and earned his MBA in Corporate Finance from the Rotman School of Business at the University of Toronto. He is also a member of the United Way Toronto York Region Major Individual Gifts Cabinet.
As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Lending and Transaction Banking, Robin is responsible for all our lending and transaction banking products and solutions.
Robin joined Finastra (formerly Misys) in May 2010 as Chief Technology Officer. He started his career in the financial services consulting practice of Arthur Andersen (now Accenture) and went on to work for two different investment banks, Swiss Bank and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson. He then co-founded his own company, Propero, which specialised in desktop virtualisation software and was acquired by VMWare in 2007.
As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Platforms, Hugh Cumming is responsible for the cross-product technology organization, leading Finastra’s software engineering and technology strategy globally.
Hugh has more than 20 years of product development and technology experience and is a recognized leader in bringing scalable SaaS platforms to market. Before joining Finastra (formerly D+H), Hugh was Executive Vice President at SecureKey Technologies Inc. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at The Co-Operators Insurance Group, and Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at ADP. Hugh was also the co-founder of WebHelp, a SaaS-based e-CRM product platform for online support, ranked Canada’s #1 startup by Profit Magazine in 2000 and holds patents in application security and interactive web technologies.
As Acting Chief Operating Officer (COO) Duncan is responsible for our Global Operations organization including customer implementation services, support, and cloud operations.
Duncan has more than 25 years of experience building and growing businesses in the financial services and technology sectors. He was previously President, Global Lending Solutions at Finastra (formerly D+H) and was additionally responsible for leading an enterprise product management centre of excellence. Prior to joining D+H, Duncan was Senior Vice President and Head of Marketing at Scotiabank where he also served on the boards of Scotia Capital Inc. and SCENE LP. He also served as Managing Director and Head of Online Brokerage at Scotiabank, a position he held after the bank’s acquisition of E*TRADE Canada Securities, where he was President and CEO. Prior to this, Duncan held increasingly senior roles in the areas of strategy, business development and marketing with E*TRADE Financial in Toronto and New York.
Duncan received his Bachelor of Engineering degree from McMaster University and has also completed the Strategic Management in Banking, Business Administration and Management program at INSEAD. In 2010, he was inducted into the McMaster University Alumni Gallery, and in 2013, was named Strategy Magazine’s “Marketer of the Year.” Duncan is currently Chair of the Board of Directors of Covenant House Toronto, Canada’s largest shelter for homeless youth.
As Chief Marketing Officer, Martin is responsible for our Global Marketing Organization.
Martin joined Finastra (formerly Misys) in October 2013 and brings more than 20 years' technology marketing and executive leadership experience with global market players to the company. Martin came to Misys from Akamai Technologies Inc. where he was the Vice President Marketing and Channels responsible for all marketing functions and channel sales divisions across EMEA.
Prior to this he was the worldwide Marketing Vice President for Oracle's Hardware Line of Business and the EMEA Vice President Marketing and part of the EMEA Executive Board for Sun Microsystems.
As Chief Administrative Officer, Tom is responsible for leading the integration of Misys and D+H and leads our Integration Management Office (IMO), Enterprise Project Management Office and our HR function.
Prior to his current role, Tom was Chief Operations Officer at Misys, responsible for delivering support services to our customers worldwide, as well as for growth initiatives including Cloud Enablement and Corporate Development. Tom joined Misys in August 2009 and has held various roles, including as General Counsel and as Acting CEO during the period when Misys and Turaz, the Kondor+ business from Thomson Reuters, merged. Before joining Misys, Tom spent eight years with GE Healthcare, a division of the General Electric Company.
As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Retail Banking and TCM, Boris has responsibility for all our retail banking and treasury and capital markets products and solutions including product strategy, product management, development, quality assurance and delivery of all new product releases; as well as enablement of Sales, Professional Services, Customer Support and Partners.
Boris joined Finastra (formerly Misys) in June 2012 when Misys and Turaz, the Kondor+ business from Thomson Reuters, merged and became Global Head of Product Management, responsible for the Misys product strategy and product management. Prior to that Boris ran the R&D function for the Kondor+ business at Thomson Reuters since 2007.
Before joining Thomson Reuters, Boris was an Associate Principal in the McKinsey Business Technology Office in London, where his primary focus was on the banking and securities and software industries. Prior to that, he was a CIO/COO of a Russian bank. He started his professional career in 1990 as a mathematician and a software engineer.
As Head of Global Customer Support, Greg has responsibility for the global Customer Support organisation.
Greg brings more 20 years of experience in the financial services and technology sectors. He was previously Group Head Customer Support at Finastra (formerly D+H). Before joining Finastra he was Executive Vice President Sales at Dealfind.com.
Prior to this, Greg held roles as Vice President Customer Operations and Service Delivery MTS Allstream. Prior to this Greg held a variety of senior roles at Bell Canada: Vice President Customer Experience, Vice President Process Transformation and Vice President of Small and Medium Business.
As Head of Global Services, Andrew has responsibility for the global Professional Services field organisation.
Andrew joined Finastra (formely Misys) in September 2016 and brings more than 30 years’ international IT and services experience to the company. He came to Misys having worked as a private consultant with two premium UK-based private equity firms.
Prior to this, Andrew held roles as Interim Chief Operations Officer at AE Power International, Regional Managing Director at International SOS, Senior Vice President at SAP, and Vice President Northern Europe at SSA Global. Andrew’s career also includes roles with i2 Technologies, PwC, Oracle, Unisys Corporation and the British Forces.
